Hair Issues | 2014 Blogger Challenge

Well hello lovelies! I apologize for the late post of Topic 10 of the 2014 Blogger Challenge! It was finals week this past week and to be honest, I wasn't quite sure what I should do for this topic. Below are some pictures of my hair currently and I've decided I'm going to talk about how I'm feeling about my hair and what I'd like to do it to improve it!

As you can see, my hair looks quite string-y and damaged and brassy. No bueno.
Firstly, I'd like to say that although I like the ombre that my mother's hair dresser did, I'm not really all that pleased with it. It's nothing like the picture that I showed him which you can see below.

I'm planning on getting it re-done hopefully soon. Secondly, the bleach has gotten brassier and brassier as I expected. Also, a big problem is how damaged my hair is; it's not completely awful, but compared to my natural hair obviously, it's quite bad. The top of my head which is still my natural color is still as silky as ever, but I can't say the same for the bottom of my hair. I thought for this post I could put together some of the products that I would love to get to help aid in my hair issues.

Disclaimer: I know I tend to do a lot of wishlist type posts, but that's simply because being unemployed, I can't exactly go and splash out on all the things I want just yet. Hopefully at least one of the many applications I've been filling out works out in my favor. Lol

The two sets of shampoo and conditioner below are both recommendations from, surprise, surprise, miss Zoella Sugg. I figure her ombre hair is beautiful, so I may as well use some of the products she has sworn by. :P
The Tigi S Factor Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner are meant to make your hair soft, silky smooth, and shiny. Sounds good to me!
These Lee Stafford products are meant to knock out some of the brassy tones in my hair.
This oil is one of the top rated items on Sephora's website and it's a lightweight oil to help with
shine, anti-frizz, breakage, and many other things.
We've all heard about the wonders of this treatment so of course, I've got to give it a go.
This Bed Head Dumb Blonde Toning Protection Spray is meant again, aid in brassiness.
These next products are just styling type items that I'd like to try.

Not Your Mother's Knotty to Nice Conditioning Detangler
Not Your Mother's She's a Tease Volumizing Hairspray
Toni & Guy Casual Sea Salt Texturizing Spray
And that's all I've got, folks! Hope you enjoyed this post and I'll be putting up a new video on my YouTube channel pretty soon so keep an eye out for that! Xx
